BOROUGH CLERK
The Borough Clerk acts as secretary for the municipality, is custodian of the Municipal Seal and all municipal records; acts as secretary for the governing body, maintains the minutes of meetings, and records all adopted ordinances and resolutions; serves as registrar of voters; is the municipal election official in the Borough; issues licenses and some permits; maintains bonds, insurance policies, claims and contracts; provides access to public information.
