Gary Minkoff

• Chairs the Council's Public Works Committee and serves on the Public Safety and Economic Development Committees
• Serves as the Council's liaison to the Shade Tree Advisory Committee and Environmental Commission

• Former Highland Park Department of Recreation Little League Baseball Coach.

Gary has rapidly become involved in a breadth of projects of importance to our residents. His focus has primarily been on identifying and implementing strategies to more cost-effectively deliver services by our Department of Public Works, and working to support the missions of both the Environmental Commission and Shade Tree Advisory Committee. Additionally, Gary has been working in a variety of roles on the Borough's economic development efforts.

A borough resident for nearly 20 years, Gary is the President of Above & Beyond Marketing, which provides consulting services to sales and marketing organizations in technology, health care, financial services, retailing and a variety of other industries. He has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rutgers University. Prior to launching his own company, Gary spent 12 years in financial services, first with Citicorp Investment Bank's Municipal, Corporate Finance and Sales and Marketing operations, then with Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch as a retail broker/financial advisor.
