The Public Information Committee’s mission is to advise the Mayor and Council and to assist the governing body to better communicate with the residents of the Borough of Highland Park, making said residents aware of events, programs, requirements and other public issues. The PIC assists with creating a comprehensive public communications program for the Borough of Highland Park. 

The commission's activities include:

  • Giving advice and feedback about the Borough Website
  • Reaching out to residents to learn more about communication preferences and unreached groups within our community.
  • Serves as liaison to the Borough Communications staff regarding communication methods

Meetings

The Public Information Committee meets quarterly at 6:15 pm at Borough Hall, 221 South 5th Avenue.  Please see the borough calendar for meeting dates.

We always encourage new members to join our committee. Please contact us through email or attend one of our meetings. We also welcome new ideas about borough communications.
