The Highland Park Police Department will be hosting a Trunk or Treat at several locations through out the Borough on Thursday October 29, 2020 4pm- 6pm. We will be adhering to the guidelines regarding social distancing and mask wearing. Current locations are the Community Center, Borough lots on N 6th, and S 3rd Ave.

Only individuals who register will be allowed to decorate cars.
If you wish to trick or treat, all you have to do is show up at the event, making sure you have a cloth or surgical face mask ( costume masks will not meet the mask requirement) and practice social distancing.
