Daily Trips

• Grocery Stores, Movies, Shopping Malls, Restaurants and Special Trips
• Transportation must be scheduled one day in advance
• Daily trip hours are Monday , Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am—6:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. 
• Trips to Grocery Stores available on select weeknights and weekends.

Medical Transportation

• Out-of-town medical transportation must be scheduled two weeks in advance.
• We will try to accommodate requests with less notice, but cannot guarantee a ride will be provided without notice.
• All rides must be scheduled by the driver. Driver will return calls within 48 hours.
• Medical transportation hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-6:00pm and on Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.

In General

• Please be ready and waiting for all rides 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Participants must fill out a membership form for the Community Center prior to transport.
• Transportation provided is curb-to-curb service. For liability reasons, drivers cannot provide physical assistance to help riders access the vehicles or destinations.
• Transportation Resource Information are available at the Community Center. 
• Weekly offerings and schedule will be available on the HPBoro Website www.hpboro.com, or please visit us on our Facebook page @ HPdepartmentofaging
• Please call, email or stop in the Community Center to receive additional information and to request a ride.

Community workshops will be available

• Learn how to shop and order online with delivery services such as Peapod, Instacart, etc...  
• Presentations from Rutgers NJTIP and Keep Middlesex Moving to learn available resources and to navigate mass transit.
