In conjunction with the Middlesex County Department of Health, The health department provides environmental health investigations and inspections of all licensed food vendors by Chapter 12 of the New Jersey Sanitary Code.

Enforcement includes but is not limited to:

• Inspects food establishments
• Investigate retail food complaints
• Insect and rodent control problems
• Illegal dumping/ Accumulation of garbage/debris
• One-day Event Application
