What is HPTV? 

Highland Park Television (HPTV) is a non-profit community access cable television station.  HPTV is carried on Channel 15 (Optimum) and Channel 44 (FIOS). 

When programs are not airing, HPTV runs a Community Bulleting Board of news and events.  Local Government entities, and the Highland Park Board of Education are invited to make use of the bulletin board, free of charge to promote themselves, their events, programs and news.

What types of programs air on HPTV?

HPTV airs the following programs

• Local government meetings (Borough Council and other Borough Meetings)
• Local events of significance
• Locally produced programs
• Community Bulletin Board
