Rite Aid Staff
Rite Aid staff does a daily temperature check at the beginning of each shift
Will follow proper PPE procedures:
Gloves will be worn and changed between patients. Masks will be worn at all times
Shields may be worn in addition to masks
The vaccination space will be sanitized between patients
Clinic Participants
Arrive promptly at the designated appointment time to avoid excessive lines
Consent forms and insurance cards if applicable should be filled out ahead of time
Masks are required to interact with the clinic staff and while receiving the vaccine(s)
Temperature will be taken by the clinic staff
