Residents and members of the public are invited to participate in the fall quarterly open public forum on policing in Highland Park, led by Mayor Gayle Brill Mittler, Councilwoman Elsie Foster (chair of the Public Safety Committee), HPPD Police Chief Rick Abrams, and HPPD Police Captain Jose Curbelo, on Thursday September 30th, starting at 7:00 pm. Residents are invited to submit questions in advance, which will be addressed first in the question and answer period of the forum. These questions should be emailed by Wednesday Sept 29th at 5pm, to Police Captain Curbelo at jcurbelo@hpboro.com
