The Highland Park Human Relations Commission will hold a memorial service in the Community Center parking lot to commemorate the victims of the December 10, 2019 deadly attacks in Jersey City.
Speakers at the service will be Highland Park Mayor Gayle Brill Mittler, Rutgers Chabad Administrator and Port Authority Chaplain Rabbi Mendy Carlebach, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, and Human Relations Commission Co-chair Austin Morreale.
