Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Referee to join our team for the upcoming
2024-2025 school year to officiate soccer and flag football games, score keep basketball games
and assist with various youth sports clinics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a
strong understanding of game rules, and excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
 Officiate games in a fair, consistent, and impartial manner.
 Enforce rules and regulations of the game, ensuring player safety and sportsmanship.
 Manage game flow, including making calls on penalties, fouls, and other game
infractions.
 Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials.
 Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
 Attend pre-season training and meetings as required.

Qualifications:
 Previous experience as a referee or official is preferred but not required.
 Strong knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
 Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
 Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
