Are you interested in dedicating a tree in Highland Park to honor or remember a significant person in your life? Fill out the form below, send in your donation and we'll order and install a beautiful stainless steel plaque that you design. This program serves an opportunity to remember notable residents or events in Highland Park while leaving a symbol for future generations to remember our rich history by.

If you are interested in purchasing a plaque in honor or remembrance of someone:

1. Download the Tree Plaque Order Form and send it to the address below with a check for $150 made out to the "Borough of Highland Park" (please include tree dedication in the memo line).

2. The $150 donation will go towards the cost of the plaque and the remainder will be split between the Highland Park Tree Fund and HP Gives a Hoot.

3. We will contact you once the plaque has arrived and let you know the location of the tree where it will be installed as well as the planned date of installation. Please allow up to 8 weeks between mailing the form and installation of the plaque.

4. Plaques and their trees will be monitored by our staff at Public Works to ensure their continued health.
