Join Borough Council and representatives from NJDEP's Fish & Wildlife for a virtual public meeting to discuss deer management alternatives in Highland Park.
In December 2019, the Borough conducted a survey via drone of Highland Park, Donaldson Park, Johnson Park and Rutgers Ecological Preserve to determine how many deer are in the vicinity of our compact town.
Survey results will be discussed by Fish & Wildlife representatives as well as options to reduce the deer population in town. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of presenters.
